Amazing hotel in a great location. Our first visit to HK and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay in. We received a warm welcome from the taxi arriving. Efficient check in and a great room with a view of the habour and Victoria Park (floor 24). Just around the corner from Causeway Bay MTR station, so it’s easy to get anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our rate, in the Playt restaurant and there was every cuisine you could want available. The Ebb & Flow bar on the ground floor had a nice chilled out vibe. Thank you for a great stay in Hong Kong.

Excellent service, excellent location. The staff makes all the difference. Each and everyone I have interacted with -from the doormen to the receptionists- were exceptionally kind and helpful. True, the rooms need a little facelift, but still one of the best options in the area.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, it’s in a great location. Excellent room, Outlets and Executive Lounge. The staff are amazing a shout out to Sandy, June, Neo, Jack, Joey, Michelle, Julia, Julius, Kitty, Horace, Ursa and Choice . Professional and personal service is second to none.

The best thing about the hotel is the location which is away from the wild side. The skyline is viewable from our room which was nothing but spectacular! Close to all kinds of shopping and within walking distance to the MTR. The staff spoke enough English to get you by. Also found a 24/7 mom and pop that served the best Chinese food I’ve had in my life. This is one of my fave places to stay at while in town. Had a chance to try their buffet for breakfast and it was awesome. Ordered some dumplings for dinner and tried room service on our last day which we thought was amazing. If you re in HKG, I think this place is simply amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay at the club floor Park Lane Pullman. Paying that extra gets you nicely renovated rooms, and excess to the club floor. Breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail is served. The food at the club floor was delicious 😋 the staff there were also professional, attentive, sincere and warm. Love their charming service, warmth and smile. Special thanks to Sandy, Julia, June, Neo, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey and Michelle for making my family and I so happy during our stay. Thank you for your attentiveness. Thanks chef for the delicious food, and thank cleaners for the most comfortable and clean environment. 😘 You guys inspire me in life so much. Xoxo, Charmaine.
