Very hot room, too much noise!

Clean room, clean bath, working tele. Our room was above 80f/27c when we got there - thermostat set to 27c and on even though it was 77f/25c that day. No A/C available, no fan, no comfort. Today is 45f/7c with window open cannot cool room at all. Went and bought a fan on my own to try and make this heat trap somewhat comfy. With windows open you will NOT get a good night’s sleep! The street noise is insane! Staff is sweet, but there is nothing to make this 6th floor room worth the cost!

The staff there was very friendly and helped me out with all of my concerns. The room was clean and the bed was good. I was not expecting all this for the price I paid. Additionally, it did not cost anything to leave your baggage there after check-out, which is very convenient. Overall happy with my stay, even though i stayed for only one night and did not try the breakfast.

Staff were amazing, very good location, short walk to train/tram station one direction and lake the other. Lovely park nearby, Cottage cafe is very good. Breakfast was great each morning, plenty of choice, staff lovely also. Easy to take bus to Chamonix and train to Montreax, both well worth a visit. Thank you so much, hope to return in the future. 💜

A very welcoming hotel in a great location close to the bus station for trips. A short walk to the lake and a twenty minute walk to the old town. A lot of restaurants around the area. There is a travel pass available but we were not offered this and did not find out about it till our last morning which was disappointing. Rooms were small but very clean with great showers and everything you need. Highly recommend a day trip to Chamonix and Mont Blanc and also Annecy both about an hour transfer. Would stay here again when visiting Geneva.

Value for money. Clear room and every were. To the centre of Geneva. Near by of the lake and the old town. Manor the shopping centre was only 5' walking. The bus and the train terminal 3' walking. Anastasia from the reception welcome us and she gives all the information we needed. Thanks a lot Anastasia for .. God bless you and your family.. you are EXCELLENT LADY .. We appreciate a lot . Your Greek friends Isidoros and Katerina ( 367 r ) .
