Really horrible service. As somebody commented - nobody ever answers the phone for service. Someone answered after 5 tries..Asked for something and 45 mins later still waiting..,pathetic service .. and when I called back to cancel and said that I shall post a comment on how bad the service is .. the person said he understands and go ahead an post the comment ... Really funny 😄.. I have one more day to go .. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE..

Had a conference in May. The Chef in charge of the buffet at food exchange was very attentive. He went out of his way to assist us with food requests. Really appreciate Novotel especially the food team. The events team led by Saran was also very attentive and helpful with setting up of event space
