Spent two nights at Novotel. The service was exceptional, especially Sean who helped us from the moment we checked in, offering information from breakfast to transport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who visits Singapore

Good Location, clean rooms and excellent lounge staff. Check in was extremely busy and rushed. We went to the room and door wouldn’t open so returned to reception who said to go up and wait and the would send security to change the battery on door. We waited for 15 mins when finally a team member going to another room came by and he checked on us. Glenn invited us to go wait in the members lounge and offered us food and drink while we waited. I queried about lounge access as was told my breakfast wasn’t included at reception even after showing my platinum card. Glenn updated the booking and also changed our room. The best service and care came from the lounge team Glenn and Sofia. Every night they were friendly and professional in the lounge. Housekeeping was very high standard every day Breakfast was a large choice in the restaurant. Would return to this hotel thanks to the service provided by lounge team and housekeeping

Very good staff, specially the reception. They have been very helpful in accommodating all the requests. Deepika was really helpful as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone who comes for a short stay. Rooms were good too and spacious. Bathrooms are clean too

Wonderful service at reception . Stayed from 15 th to 17th. The front desk was very attentive and supportive. Rooms were very good and food was nice. Room cleaning was very well Front office staff Deepika was continuously helping us. Recommended

A Rollercoaster of a Stay a Flirty Staff

I came by myself for a conference down the street. I waited about 35 minutes in line to check in. I was then "upgraded".... but when I entered my room, it was already occupied. Whoops! Then it took another 20 minutes or so of waiting around to get a new room. While in the lobby waiting for the room I got a pop up survey for joining the wifi, and I submitted my displeasure at what was happening. The one I got was 2 single beds and I asked to put them together. They didn't but they did when I went out for a walk. Well from there it went up hill! I received an email from the manager apologizing, as well as welcome basket and note in my room with an apology and an invite to the lounge and free mini bar. The staff at the lounge was great at serving with smiles, printing, chatting. Sofia, Culbert, Agla, Thava.... There was one very flirty staff member in the lounge. I could tell he lays it on thick to someone all the time and is looking to offer extra services. Watch out! It was fun to bring in my partner in and tell him to back off, in a playful way. Since I didn't want the single bed, they moved me AGAIN to a different room which was a suite that had two bathrooms and a large bed. The room was good, the halls are dingy and outdated, lounge good, breakfast MEH, and front staff SLOW and mediocre. It was a decent choice for 4 night especially during Taylor Swift weekend.
