The hotel is really well-maintained, and there is attention to detail about almost everything to make it a great stay. When the mini fridge in my room didn't work, they sent someone immediately to take it away and replace it with a working one. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods, and safety protocol were in place with food wrapped individually and staff wearing masks at all times. There are a few things that could have been better. I found that the water for taking a shower wasn't hot at all, and I was hoping it would have been better since this was my second stay at this hotel this year. The other thing is that I am a member of their reward program, but after both of my stays my account wasn't credited with the points or nights I had accrued. I've had to call various numbers and talk to different people to get the points, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall I will stay again.

I spent a week here and I am very happy. Staff were extremely helpful. Definitely upgrade/opt for ocean view - the rooms are very comfortable. Amazing party on Friday night around the pool and lounge area. Great location and nice people.

Was for the yearly Viña Del Mar festival there and the Hotel was quite busy but you couldn't notice it! The rooms were clean and modern...showers and restroom the same! Only thing I noticed that the Novotel newly build Hotels rooms are smaller than the older ones! Breakfast is good with quality products. Definitely recommend this one

I truly enjoyed staying at the Novotel in Viña, it was everything I expected and more, much more. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. I wish I had stayed there longer; loved the view from my room and appreciated the fact that they offered me complimentary late check out without having to ask,
