Great hotel, have stayed here many times and it’s a brilliant location, nice staff and comfortable rooms. Room 236 was small and perfectly formed but lacks storage like in the bigger rooms. Great bed, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee - leaky kettle tho! Bathroom tiles could do with clean and freshen up white paint work. Will stay again - great hotel!

This small hotel was perfect for our family stay. We traveled to Berlin at the end of September because I was running the Berlin Marathon. I traveled with my husband and daughter and could not be happier with our hotel. The staff was friendly, in particular Marius at the cafe, who immediately became friends with my husband at the bar and gave us recommendations on what to do and how to navigate Berlin during our short stay. Our bedroom was small (opinion coming from an American point of view) but larger than most of the hotel rooms I have gotten in other places in Europe. Anyway, our room was comfortable and worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The rain shower was amazingly good, in particular after the marathon (felt like a rain forest) The location was great for our needs, close to shops, the park, some restaurants, the hop on and hop off bus stop, the U was right across from us and the marathon passed right in front at about mile 21/22 can’t remember exactly, so my family didn’t have to go anywhere and could see me right before I finished. Overall, our stay was awesome and I hope to be back soon!!

1週間滞在しました。U-BahnのWittenbergplatz駅、デパートKaDeWeが目の前という好立地で、どこに行くにも便利、KaDeWeの上階のカウンターやカフェはメニューが豊富で短時間で食事がとれ1人の時は便利でした。ホテルグラウンドフロアのカフェではBritaの飲料水がセルフサービスで提供されていたので、お気に入りのコーヒーを持参した者にとってはありがたかったです。毎日客室に提供されると聞いたボトル飲料水がなかったり（たびたび階下のBritaを自分で補充したのでさほどの不便ではなかったのですが）、ティーバッグや砂糖が補充されたりされなかったり、使用済みカップが交換されないこともしばしばで、客室係のサービスは一定していないと感じました。スタッフはフレンドリーで外からの人の出入りも確認していたので不安感はありませんでした。概ね満足です。

好立地で快適な滞在でした。長く宿泊しましたが、毎日ミネラルウオーターのサービスがあり、コーヒー、紅茶も充実していました。エコポリシーが明示されていて、どう行動すればよいのかわかりやすかったです。次回ベルリンに滞在する時も当ホテルを選びたいと思います。

I’m paying more than 400 EUR per night, and even though the hotel is very nice overall and clean, it’s definitely bot worth it. In fact, I feel I’m being ripped off. It’s hard to feel comfortable because it’s too cold in the room. The heating and air conditioning are centralized, so I asked if they can increase the temperature a bit, but I was just given a “nein, tut mir Leid”.
