Beautiful & cozy hotel. Love the architecture and design of the entrance and lobby. Good cleanliness and hygiene especially at the public areas and toilets. Fresh and good air conditioning. Good public health concern when you see the housekeeping doing regular cleaning during the busy period. Well greeted by the front counter and prompt in check in us. Rooms maintenance are good and trendy. Comfortable and amenities are great. Food is good especially on the local cuisines like laksa, fresh ingredients. Breakfast selections are decent and prices are fair and much better deal if purchase a day earlier. The restaurant staff are very caring and professional to our children. Great maintenance at the swimming pool! Few changes or upgrades like the children playground and poolside umbrellas, new look! Great hospitality.

Great hospitality from the hotel team. Smooth check in upon arrival by the friendly front office. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views. The room attendant are helpful and fast in handling our requests - great biodegradable amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. The sofa bed is surely an added bonus. Bathrooms and shower are good in maintenance. Breakfast is good, great selections and ingredients are fresh. Restaurant & bar team are very professional in service. Decent gym and spacious swimming pool. Crystal clear water with good maintenance from the recreation staff. The air-conditioning and ventilation are great. Overall, very clean hotel and nicely managed. Lovely farewell from the team upon check out. Recommended to come and experience.

Wonderful staycation. Thanks to the helpful reservation team in getting us rooms during the busy festive. The Front desk staff very attentive and fast in check in and out. Great rooms great view! The room maintenance is beyond expectations. Clean and spacious with spotless bathroom and shower. Love the welcome drinks at the bar. Very cozy restaurant with great breakfast. Breakfast with good range and ingredients are fresh. My children loved with swimming pool very much! Clean and well maintained pool and gym. Overall, very clean and organized hotel.

The hotel is very strategic in location with nearby tourism spots. Very convenient with spacious parking. Great check in and out experience at the reception. Decent room, clean, comfortable with good WIFI speed. Great food great taste on the food outlets. Wide selections on their buffet breakfast and prices are affordable. Waitresses are very helpful and professional. Bar is cozy with good beer selections. One of the biggest swimming pool in Malacca town! Friendly recreation staff and the pool is very well maintained. Clean and crystal clear water. Great lobby and entrance with nice decoration. Overall, cleanliness & hygiene are satisfactory!

Great staycation. Warmly greeted by the front desk upon check in. Thank you for the fast check in. Enjoyed the room very much - spacious, comfortable and very well maintained especially the maintenance and cleanliness of the bathroom and shower. Love the food outlets very much! Affordable prices and great food. Memorable dining experience from the restaurant & bar team. Swimming pool is spacious and clean with friendly life guard and security. The room attendants are friendly during our rooms make up and very attentive with our request on amenities. Busy holidays and the hotel is very well prepared for the crowd and great job i would say in their hospitality! Will come back again.
