we are stay at 2511 and we had great experience during our stay at mercure, we had dinner last night AYCE with concept JAPANESW FOOD, We do really like beef yakiniku and okonomiyaki its was huge nice but too many rice... for service excellent fast and contribute by Djimi andres and team... Room very clean and tidy, thank you great service and suprise compliment birthday cake 🤩

Good for stay, the room is so comfortable, the view is so nice that I see for long time, breakfast also so good and nice. Miss Cornellia helps me a lot for the services. One thing to improve, please put more of charger plug, but everything is okay.

We stayed at this property a few times in the past and never reviewed it. We stayed at this property last January. The close proximity to Pantai Indah Kapuk won it for me. PIK is a like a city in itself with a lot of eateries and sights to see. The hotel is adjoining the PIK Avenue mall so it was really convenient to just relax and chill in the hotel. We booked two rooms with a connecting door. Check in was smooth and quick. The staff were courteous and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Bathroom has a standing shower with good water pressure. We have had great rest for the past two nights. For those who are driving to the hotel, the parking area was a little bit confusing with little signage. The hotel can certainly improve on this matter. We will not hesitate to come back should we explore PIK area again in the future. Great value.
