バスタブ希望が叶わなかっただけでなく、とても狭いシャワーブースだったので、評価は低くせざるを得ません。 朝食も団体客と重なったこともあり、非常に混みあい、時間もかかりました。内容はパンとチーズ、ハム、フルーツ、ヨーグルト程度。お値段からしたら可もなく不可もなく。 24時間フロントに人がいることの重要性を感じたので、リピート利用はない。 部屋は、スーツケース２つ広げられるだけのスペースあり。

タオル交換が無かったのが残念でした

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. "For your information, the cleaning information is specified on all the websites, as well as in reception, the lifts and the apartments. This set-up enables us to offer increasingly attractive reduced rates. Please be aware however that optional additional cleaning can be organised just by asking at reception." We really hope, however, to see you again at our aparthotel so that we can prove the quality and reliability of our services during a more enjoyable stay. We haven’t actually stayed here but decided to book this for a stay in July based on the fact that it is advertised as no prepayment. My card details were left simply incase we did not show . I noticed however that money had infact been taken out of my account for the whole nights stay-it shows as pending in my bank therefore I have no access to the funds , surely is this therefore not the same as actually paying for it !!!! Based on this I cancelled this and was expecting to receive the money back but the funds are still pending !!!! I’ve chased this and was told that they’ve now been released but still no sign of me having access to the money . Not happy and would not stay in the future

Okay if you need to be near the TGV station

The hotel is a decent place to stay if you need to be near the Avignon TGV and the rental car offices. The welcome was friendly and the room clean. The common areas are showing some wear. It would be nice if air conditioning was available as the weather turns warm in May. Fortunately, the night was cool, though leaving the window open let in light and some traffic noise. Except for the TGV station there is little within walking distance (though we hiked to the rather lackluster shopping center which does, however, have a Carrefour grocery store.)

Pretty standard Adagio apartment hotel property with nice rooms with a small kitchenette and thankfully air-conditioning which was needed when I stayed here for three nights in August 2022. Like a lot of these apartment hotels it was located out of the city centre and there wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel so a car is probably needed and they did have parking which I think was €6 per night.
