I had a meeting there last week with a room stay everything was arranged . I like the meeting room with its equipments thanks to the staff who were taking care of us during the three days meeting , see you soon in the coming event please express my thanks to HK room cleaner

The hotel has good hospitality. I booked during my Ramadan period. Staff were friendly and warming in the reception to guest. I appreciated it. The iftar and Sahour were tasty. Room was small but very good room honestly. I recommend it to come back again.

Ibis Jeddah Malik road . This hotel very nice and clean service was fantastic sahoor buffet very nice. Special thanks Kamal he give best service in this hotel he is very polite always smiling. Thank you so much for your service. Food was very delicious.

No privacy!

Very bad hotel. There is no respect for privacy. Housekeeping knocks on the door even when your "do not disturb" sign is up like other reviewers have mentioned. They also CALL your room and wake you up trying to sell you spa services! Hotel feels more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. There is also smoking in the hotel which stinks. Avoid

The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was also great. We went to Jeddah to watch the football. It was the friendliest place we have ever visited. There is no public transport system so you have to download the "Uber" app on your phone. We recommend you visit the old town which is a few miles south of the hotel.
