スタッフは人当たりがいいし、部屋も綺麗で満足でした。しかし、泊まった時期が悪かったのと下の階ということもあって外のライブ?音がうるさく何度も目が覚めました。窓が開いているのかと疑いたくなるほどの大音量だったため、もうすこし窓の密閉性が高くなるか厚めのガラスを採用するといいのかもしれません。たぶん普通の時期に宿泊すれば、騒音の心配はないと思います。

With regard to the laud music, I of course brought up my complaints when they started loud sound. Actually unnecessary loud music started from the Christmas Eve continued to the New Year Eve and we made several complaints to the management of the restaurant. But our complaints did not work as the level of music not changed. We do understand that Christmas Eve and New Year Eve are special nights to celebrate for many people and the restaurant customers want to enjoy the nights with live music. But it is totally unnecessary to make boisterous and clamorous sound that covering 200 meters in radius. Our double glazed window is able to protect normal sound and we wish to offer quieter nights for our guests despite of the central location of the city. agodaにはコインランドリーがあると書いてあったがなかった。シャワーはお湯が出るまで時間がかかる。部屋はキレイでスタッフも明るく親切。ナンプー広場の隣なので、トゥクトゥクのドライバーに伝わりやすいし、拾いやすい。人と待ち合わせもしやすい。出張サラリーマンをターゲットにしているのか、アメニティ類はあまり充実していない。

Dear Valued guest, Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience with us. We checked with Agoda website, but there is no information related to an availability of Coin Laundry at our hotel. We do have Laundry Service. In fact there is no coin laundry in Laos (in any case Laos don’t have coin as currency). With regard to hot water, it takes longer time when outside temperature goes down below 15 Celsius at early mornings. During cool season, we set our water heater at 58 Celsius so that our guests can enjoy hot shower. « ゆっくりと寛がせて頂きました。 »

ヴィエンチャンで容易に両替ができると思っていましたが、現在は円がそれほど強くないとの事で、両替が出来ずに困ってましたが、マネージャーさんのお蔭でBCELで両替できることが分かり助かりました。旅先で困った時に助けて頂いて本当に感謝しております。サービスも付かず離れずで気持ちの良いものです。スタッフの方達が顔を合わせる度に挨拶してくれ、とてもフレンドリーでした。ホテルの部屋も新しく綺麗で、必要なものはほぼ揃っています。

« 良いロケーションと親切なスタッフ »

2017年12月中旬に2泊しました。ビエンチャン市内のどこに行くにも便利な立地でした。交通量の多い道路に面しているにも関わらずホテル全体が静かで過ごしやすかった。部屋はシングルベッド2つのツインルームだったが、ベッドの高さが少し高く、寝るのによじ登るような感じだったので、もっとベッドの高さが低い方が良いと思った。そうすることによって部屋全体の広さがより大きく感じることができるのではと思った。ソファは作りつけの物が設置されていたが使いにくく、小さなソファがもう1つあればもっと過ごしやすかった。

かって夫婦で3年間を過ごした当時の知己を訪ねて、2013年以来の2回目の里帰り旅行だったが、街の中心部にありコスト的にも手ごろで、年金生活者の老夫婦には申し分のないホテルでした。ツインルームに3泊したが、テレビも日本語放送(NHK)を受信でき、インターネットも無料で使え満足した。できれば、就寝中の常夜燈として、入口近くに別のライトが1つあると有難い(現状は、ライトが1系統だけなので一旦消すと真っ暗になる)。今回はホテルで食事をする機会がなかったが、結構利用者が多いように見受けたので、次回はぜひ利用してみたいと思う。

ラオスの田舎のほうを回ってきた後だったというのもあるのですが、綺麗なホテル、美しい水回りに感動しました。フロントの方は皆親切でフレンドリーでした。シャワーブースの下のほうが密閉できておらず、洗面所がびしゃびしゃになってしまったのが残念でした。

キャンペーンで朝食付で安く泊まれました。深夜着でしたが,素早くチェックインできよかったです。部屋は狭かったですが,とてもきれいで清潔感がありました。バスタブがなく,シャワーだけなのが残念でした。朝食はブッフェ式で,洋食と現地食で種類もまあまあ数があり満足です。

何度かこのホテルを利用させて頂いていますが、朝ご飯の質が利用毎に激しく劣化しています。以前はとても満足する内容でしたが、現在は、量、質、味、全てに於いてとても残念な内容になっています。ベットや部屋の内容は問題ないのですが、レストランの質は元に戻して頂きたいですね。

With regard to the quality of breakfast, together with our Restaurant Manager and Chef, I will follow up thoroughly and ensure for improvement. We purchase almost all food material from Thailand, our cost is much higher than the neighbouring countries, nevertheless we emphasize further for quality and variety of our breakfast. I just wish to inform you about IBIS brand concept; Ibis is AccorHotels economy hotel category and follow its standard globally, at over 1,000 ibis hotels in the world. The room size is smaller as the economy brand, no unnecessary frills that usually billed into room prices (such as a large lobby space) but to concentrate for essential items, for example, powerful shower pressure with hot water, sufficient speed of free Wi-Fi, variety of TV channels with different languages, Ibis “Sweet Bed” to ensure comfortable sleep, an international level of safety and eco-friendly management. お部屋は綺麗でテレビも湯沸かし器もあって、よかったです。私は日本人なので、スリッパが欲しかったです。そして何より、シャワーを浴びたらトイレの床まで水浸しになってしまった事が残念でした。フロントの方は親切でした。
