Bad check out experience

Check-in was fast. The room is average size but the bathroom is small. The room has no toothbrush, only have slippers. There is tea, coffee and bottles of water in the room. Hotel has a hot bath, but closes early at 10pm, and you have to exchange your room key with a key to the hot bath, which is very inconvenient if you are used to enjoying the ones in Japanese hotels. Breakfast has limited choices and quality not very good. The hotel location is within walking distance to the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across. When we check out, we asked front desk to help us call a taxi, but the front desk lady said “she lost her cell phone”. It’s an excuse obviously because why would the hotel not have a phone at the front desk. Also, I was waiting in line behind two white girls, and the front desk lady called a taxi for them, asking them how many people, how many pieces of luggage, the price to the airport and told them to wait outside the hotel entrance. May be I’m Asian and they didn’t think I can hear and understand their whole conversation? We had to walk 10 minutes to an airport bus stop in the cold to wait for an airport bus. I’m writing this on the bus hoping I won’t miss my flight.

Amenities: Disposable amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and razor, etc. are not provided starting from 29th March, 2024 according to environmental regulations in Korea. This policy is entirely applicable to hotels in Korea. 2. Hot bath: We have such procedures internally for stability reasons since it’s operated unattended. 3. Breakfast: I will share your comment and discuss how to improve quality of breakfast and selection of it with culinary team. 4. Cell phone: Staff, all heartists can carry their own cell phone. However, this is not for personal use, but for the functionality of the smartphone. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by our lack of communication skills and inattention to details. It must have been extremely frustrating for you. However I am happy to learn about lack of our service manner and gesture and we will be taking this as a great opportunity to develop and push ourselves further to provide extraordinary and reinforced information to our valuable guests. Comfortable yet affordable hotel in an unbeatable location. Close to restaurants, metro and cultural sites but not overwhelmingly busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, a touch warm for my liking, but easily fixed by opening a window. Wifi was fast and reliable, breakfast was great with a wide range of options. Had an excellent stay here and would gladly stay again.

2/16-18 1033で宿泊しました。エアコンが異常で煙が発生し、のどの痛みが発生しました。部屋は変更していただきましたが、通常から点検が必要だと思います。
