快適な滞在でした。唯一残念だったのは冷蔵庫がなかったことでした。それを除けばパーフェクトでした。

Plastic sheets -stay away

This hotel is in a dire need for renovation to say the least. The beds are covered with a plastic sheet which needless to say is the last thing anyone would want in a bed. The air condition in the room had to be turned off as the noise was like having a washing machine running all night.

Your feedback is valuable to us because it helps us identify areas that need improvement. We would like to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. We are closely examining the issues you mentioned, including the need to renovate our facilities. We inform you that work is planned for the beginning of 2025. Concerning the plastic sheet of your bed, it is a sheet which is obligatory for hygiene reasons. In addition, we will immediately investigate the problem of the air conditioning in your room in order to to resolve it effectively. We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a much more enjoyable experience on your next visit. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything possible to rectify any issues. Once again, we thank you for your comments and for your patience. Very good location , friendly receptionists . Breakfast included good standard lots of choice . Free tea and coffee in the reception however the cups were very small and were too hot to carry to your room , a good idea but normal cups to wash up would be better .

We spent a few days at this hotel during a stay in Beaune. This is a good, budget hotel. I felt the room was very small. The bathroom was fine. It included a good breakfast buffet, which was very nice. It is a short walk into the old city center of Beaune. If you don't mind a small room, I'd certainly recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful as well.

We are delighted that you had a good stay with us and that you appreciated the proximity to the city center, the friendliness of our staff and our breakfast buffet. We have taken good note of your comment regarding your accommodation. We inform you that we have two types of rooms. Standard rooms of 19m² with double bed and shower and Privilege rooms of 24m² with double bed, sofa, bathtub and separate toilet for maximum space and comfort.
