Lost plushie, we really hope it will be found

lost child plushie, we slept in this hotel from 16 august till 17 august. on 17 august i noticed that we missed something, it’s my kid’s pink, squared plushie. well.. it doesn’t really look like a plushie, it’s more like a small towel and it looks pretty old. But it means a lot to her since she had it since birth and it hurts to see how emotional she is about the lost of it. we tried to contact the hotel but there were barely staff members who could speak english, so it was hard to communicate. i hope someone else will find it and will try to contact me by sending me a message, to contact me you can just click on my profile and send me a message. thanks a lot already!

当サイトにて予約したが、チェックインしようとしたところ、予約はないと言われたが、予約番号で検索してもらうと予約は入っており、システムエラーが生じていた。案内された部屋は、最上階で天井が大きく傾斜しており、天窓以外に窓はなく、写真とは大きく異なる部屋であり、身長が185cmのため、部屋の半分は身体を屈めないと動けない窮屈な部屋だった。 更に部屋にはハンガーはなく、ハンガーをかけるパイプすらなかった。設備にある目覚時計もなく、とにかく部屋に設備らしいものがなさ過ぎたため、快適さを欠いた。

This hotel looks great on website & photos. It’s clean & modern. What it doesn’t state is if you arrive & their car park is full there is absolutely nowhere to park your car. My husband ended up 4 miles away. Met a lovely Swiss couple with two young children who couldn’t find anywhere to park & they were terrified - it’s not a great neighbourhood. Lovely views of water, product as expected. Staff have no clue. Amazingly they have staff but untrained & nothing worked….Accor need to sort this out as i rarely stay in an Accor hotel & if this is what I’d get globally I wouldn’t be back, sorry. We’ll leave as early as possible in the morning

We asked for and received a room with river view. Room was clean and quiet, standard Ibis. Lovely view of river. Breakfast buffet good choices. Enclosed courtyard as option to eat outdoors if desired. Easy access, short walk to city sights, city square, shops, very well positioned for the Roman archeological sites. It is a few blocks walk to the main street with all the restaurants by the cruise dock and tourist office. (Note that the Ibis budget is located in this area by the tourist office.) We were able to get a spot to park in the lower level secure parking garage however the front desk was not aware we desired parking which we had requested in the "comments" section of our online reservation. In followup to some other reviews, we were driving a rental compact and had no problem at all negotiating the garage. Suggest that you make a specific reservation for parking if you want the garage. Street parking could have been difficult. Friendly staff.

We got a room at the Ibis in Vienne at the last minute while on a road trip. The hotel was what we expected for a budget hotel, OK but plain. But the staff, at reception and at the bar/breakfast area, were all outstandingly friendly and helpful. We had a quick dinner of charcuterie, and the breakfast the next morning was very good. The courtyard was a nice outdoor space to eat and relax.
