Room cleaning was excellent Ram is very helpfull and friendly. Happy to staying this hotel . Really awesome experience. Loby was amazing. And pool also neat and clean mainly washrooms are well maintained.i am very happy to say Novotel Hyderabad airport hotel service is good

ICAI EVENT Special thanks to Mr Rohan,mr Bharath, Mr joshi for making a nice conference setup and excellent hospitality also good selection of food menu in dinner We had lunch at food exchange at novotel Hyderabad airport and the food was really good and my entire team was really enjoyed it. And the variety of Indian & global dishes are excellent & special thanks to Mr pappu for good hospitality

We had dinner at Food Exchange at Novotel Shamshabad and the food was really good and the entire family really enjoyed it. We had a variety of Indian and Global delicacies and both of them were good. We really liked the hospitality showcased by Sourav. Thank You Sourav for the treatment!

Till now is ok - I was attended by Wanpyn the foid was delicious, nice hotel to stay , especially the Gourmet Bar was nice to dine there, it’s incredible and nice , i will come back to dine here , the staff are attentive and good work……………………………..

The bar was nice they serve food as well, incredible food menu , the staff were attentive with good service skills, cocktails make by Aljo was awesome and good host and service by wanpyn ,We surely cone back again in this hotel Novotel Airport hyderabad
