We stayed here to attend a concert at Qudos Bank Arena. We knew we wouldn’t be in the room long, just for sleeping, so it worked perfectly well for what we needed it for. I probably wouldn’t stay here if I was intending to spend more time in the room, as it’s incredibly small and tight, even for 2 people. But if you have an event to attend and you’re only using it for sleeping, it’s great.

$360 plus $36 for parking for one night is hardly budget - AFL on and paid a premium for proximity to venue. Scuff marks all over walls, marks over chair, musty damp smell in room, curtain to separate bathroom. Bed was clean and comfy enough but overall pretty disappointed. Stay a bit further out and Uber/taxi to the venue would be a better option.

Stayed one night (2 adults 1child) for a concert at Qudos Arena. Check in was easy be sure to confirm parking is added to your booking if not there is street and a lot just up the road that is metered. Rooms are very small but enough for 1 night as the location is a less than 10 minute walk to Qudos. Beds were comfortable, Motel was quiet and the blind made the room so dark which was great. We had breakfast at the motel which was basic but was enough only negative the coffee machine was terrible and we only got cold water never fear there’s a cafe next door to get a decent coffee also a convenience store just up from there. Would stay again if we attended another event a Olympic Park

Rubbish. Never again. Staff not helpful. Rooms are below average. One elevator working. Old mate next door loves a snore. Kids running up and down hallways at night. Rather sleep in a swag in the rain with the zipper open.

Great location for the FIFA World Cup at Accor Stadium, room was clean and tidy Arrived just before 1pm and only had to wait 30min for our room to be ready Staff were friendly! Only negatives; Only 1 working lift which was tiny and struggling, dated rooms.. but for the price we paid can’t complain!
