We take pride in creating a rewarding experience for our guests, with particular focus on our service, facilities and overall experience, therefore it is disappointing to read that we have not quite met your expectations during your stay. Rest assured that the Head Housekeeper has been informed of your comment regarding the cleanliness of the room and she has spoken to her entire team since to remind them of the importance of immaculate cleaning, without singling out the room attendant on your floor. I do apologise for the shortcomings during your stay and I am certain you will find this issue rectified on your return visit. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
