My all-over experience was good... This first time I m visiting here... Staffs was soo helpful and understanding... Specially Yash veer, Rumpa... Food was good... Only improve pasta, it's my suggestion..... Pool side area also nice. I will come back again.... Thank you so much Novotel..

The Check-in and Check-out process was brilliant with out any delay. The ambience was superb. very happy with the facilities team. The food was very tasty. The theme like Ugadhi and Bengali food festival was awesome. Enjoyed IPL matches all over. Relaxed well in the chairs provided near reception. The Wifi is very fast. Had nice time in Gym and Swimming pool. The staff Rumpa, Anaina was extremely Supportive. Mr Prabuddha had patiently answered all my queries and very friendly. Mrs Deepika did a great job in receiving the guests. Over all a wonderful experience during 2 weeks stay. Will definitely come back again and also recommend friends and relatives.

Wonderful stay. We stayed as a family of 4 . Right from hospitality to food everything was top notch. Would definitely love to stay here again during our next visit to Banglore. The kids loved the pool and the play area. We loved the stay. Thank you Novotel Bengaluru

Awesome stay at Novotel Bengaluru.. the service is best thanks to Rumpa and her colleagues for the same. Rooms with comfortable bed, sofa with desk makes it way great experience to work from hotel. The best experience of breakfast buffet with variety of delicious dishes becomes too much to choose too...😋. Thanks novotel for the best experience.

Amazing experience! staff was very nice. Morning breakfast has lot of variety. Room size is Okay. Pool is also good. Room temp control was not fully accessible. Tv is little old. Not all channels were there. Wifi speed was on point. Hotel also has good gym.
