. The staff (receptionist, Agnes) was very helpful. We got a special room which is bigger than what we reserved, she upgraded our room from suite room to pelangi suite. This is a memorable surprise for us. . The room has a great view, especially during the night. On the right side is the city view, while we can still see the ocean from the window.

the views and panoramic views are beautiful, the service is good and satisfying, the food is delicious, the facilities are plentiful and very good, there is a shuttle to international class rides and luxury rides with mas Retno Milla Eko Dodi
