Lovely stay at the Novotel Reading, Marissa made a big difference on check in. I was made to feel very welcome and was given great information on the hotel and Reading. I’d stay again. Location is fabulous, close to the train station, shops and river.

I don’t write many reviews, but I To explain how friendly the staff at the Reading Novotel are. I was travelling with my sister and two daughters. My sister is disabled and the staff were incredible with her. They couldn’t help me enough. They made the stay so easy for me as I was on my own and caring for three others. They were totally understanding of my sister’s needs. Alexandra on reception was exceptional and a credit to this organisation. Also the bar staff and breakfast staff worked so well together and made our stay so comfortable. Thank you all!

From booking the hotel and during our stay was excellent. The staff are amazing Raquel was so helpful. They cannot do enough for you. Rooms nice beds very comfortable . Breakfast lovely enough choice for everyone. Location great . Had a lovely break. Credit to all . Donna

We were greeted by friendly staff that were extremely helpful. Clean room, comfy bed and liked the lay out of the bathroom. The bar was also nice and clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. My partner and I enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
