I was so happy that it was a trip with Sofitel. All the staff had a bright smile and kindness, but especially the mummy at the check-in desk was the best. I am not good at both English and Thai, but I was able to check-in and check-out without difficulty because of Mira. I will definitely stay at Sofitel for my next trip to Thailand. Thank you

Booked through 3rd Party . Enjoyable 3 night stay in a Magnifique Room ( facing away from Sukhumvit). Excellent value for money in a prime location. Comfortable bed with all room functions (including in-room dining) controlled from a Pad at the side of the bed. Really liked the colour scheme in the room with quite a vivid pale blue. Plenty of space and a superb TV and a writing desk. In room dining food was excellent and served quickly. The Thai choices very good value for money. Thought the redesigned lobby very welcoming with a beautiful floral display. It was quite busy on check-out but the staff were in control and no delays to my exit. Would have liked to have seen the swimming pool spruced up a little, the hedges surrounding the sunbeds seem to be a haven for insects, but nonetheless a lovely pool and comfortable setting. Special mention for concierge Tony who was very helpful and informative.

I always like this hotel. They located in prime location and have great service. I would like to say thank you to the concierge team Pete, Boy, Tony, Tui, Tee, Tow, Natty, KiKi, Kevin, Lay, Ant and Glinda. They always help me with good recommendations

Stayed many times over the years at this hotel and always had a great stay. The renovations are complete and personally I think the lobby is much improved. The Millesime lounge is very quiet at breakfast and perfect if you want an a la carte choice which is big enough to choose from. The pool was quite busy this time but European Easter was early, usually it is quite quiet. The lounge is really good at cocktails and they still serve high quality drinks, the margaritas are perfect! The canapés are really good and there is also a daily hot dish, it’s a struggle not to be tempted to eat too much or dinner plans go out the window! Big mention to lovely Nok who we saw there two years ago as a trainee and so glad she is still there, her English is great and it’s so nice to chat with her again.

Very nice hotel in bangkok!! i love it sureeee! Will be back to sofitel hotel asok when iam in bangkok. The room very Clean and the staf verygood and very welcome😄 and all the foods in here its really good.see you soon bangkok and sofitel asok.
