Please be assured that punctuality is a matter of pride for our complimentary airport shuttle service, operating between the hours of 03:48 and 00:22 daily. We regret to learn of the behavior you witnessed from the shuttle staff. While they are indeed subcontractors, we expect them to uphold the highest professional standards as they represent our commitment to guest satisfaction. It is disheartening to hear that this was not reflected in your interaction. Your feeling of neglect is certainly concerning, and we want to stress that every guest is of utmost importance to us. The suggestion that you walk the remaining distance to our hotel is contrary to our aims of providing convenient and comfortable service to all our guests. We understand your disappointment with the handling of this situation upon your arrival at our hotel. Dear Tilly, Thank you for your feedback, We are pleased to hear you appreciated the convenience of our shuttle service running from early morning to late at night, ensuring connectivity to the airport. It is also reassuring to know that guests value the availability of our early breakfast service, starting at 4:00 AM. We regret to hear about your concerns regarding the restaurant and bar; while our hotel does not feature these amenities, we are glad to offer alternatives at our neighboring Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. We apologize if your room and the shuttle bus did not meet your expectations; our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
