We had a beautiful long weekend at this hotel enjoying the pool, restaurants and bars and local Angkor temples. The wonder attentive staff were our highlight! Our daughter was welcomed and catered for with fun games and activities and a children’s menu in the restaurant. The pool area was beautiful and we loved sitting in the members bar for afternoon drinks and looking at the lake. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This was our first time here. From the start our airport pick up from the hotel was there to meet us and gave us some local information. The staff greeted us warmly and continued to do so throughout our stay. They were all helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel has a lovely garden, lake and pool areas with the rooms in separate buildings to the main reception and restaurants. We were a bit disappointed with our room. It is in need of some updating as there are no electric sockets near the bed so charging phones etc was a challenge. We always take plenty of adapters and we needed them here. The bed was also uncomfortable and hard. I ended up sleeping on one of the pillows. There was a missing door stop so the bathroom door made a loud bang every time it was opened. We had ‘lounge’ access which was a shared space with a restaurant after COVID cut backs. Staff were so attentive but the combination does not work. Following our complaint the hotel did everything they could to repair the situation. Definitely 5 stars for the staff.

Enjoyable stay here when visiting Angor Wat. Has all the services you would expect of a 5 star resort hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was OK, nothing special. Found the pool a welcome relief after a morning sightseeing. If the hotel has any limitations it is the location in that it is a little out of the actual town of Siem Reap, on other hand it is relatively close to Angor Wat.

From the moment we arrived to the day we left we were just amazed at this stunning resort, the restaurants and bars, the golf, the spa, the rooms and the beautiful staff. It just doesn’t get any better than this (except for the heat), obviously not their fault!

Amazing property. Outstanding luxury, brilliant service and above all very friendly staff. The bar is great, breakfast was awesome and me and my wife loved every minute we spent here. Highly recommended. Look no further in Siam Reap. hotel with a character.
