I took my son to see both stadium tours for Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, we only stayed 2 nights. Can I just say that this hotel is beautiful and clean . Our room was brilliant , clean and tidy . Although I wish I would have seen the pay bar ,as its hidden behind the wardrobe on your left (or right) when you go in. The front of house service was excellent !!! ) Seen as though i went with my 17 year old son , he went to bed early so I stayed up and had a couple more drinks. I spoke with the barman. I spoke a little French and he was coaching me on how to pronounce certain French words and Spanish words, and how some are similar. He was very knowledgeable and the service at the bar was brilliant ! I never got his name , but I would like whoever reads this to pass on my thanks and well wishes to all the staff that was there. I would defiantly visit again . and thank you all for making my trip memorable. All the best Lee and Michael.

Stayed in March '24 for a couple of nights. The location was perfect as I did the Hyrox in the IFEMA which is a few hundred metres up the road. There's a metro stop nearby so it's easy to get into the city centre. The staff were very helpful and the room was fantastic, top marks all round from me.

仕事柄スペインの宿はかなり色んなところに泊まりましたが、ここも満足いくレベルでした。 国際会議場近くのホテルなので、むしろ国際会議のない冬休みや夏休みに価格が下がります。そこが狙い目かもしれません。 レストランはおそらくコロナの影響で閉まっていましたが、キッチンは開いていてレセプションのバースペースやお部屋で料理をオーダーできます。美味しかったです。 朝ごはんで毎日スペインチョリソが食べられるのは個人的にかなりポイントが高かったです。

Completed their online check in and thus arrived at 10pm with keys ready which was very handy, however there's no slippers in room (not sure whether there should be one stocked up in room or not) Their restaurant closes pretty early but the hotel is around 10 minutes walk from a gas station with carrefour for food. Located within 3 minutes walk from the subway station which is very convenient. Would love to stay here again if necessary!

The hotel was conveniently located for my travel plan being just one stop by the metro from the airport (Terminal 1,2,3). I got a warm receipt from the staff at the reception. My room was very nice with a spacious bathroom. I really liked it very much. I had a meal very much later that evening (around 22:00) together with a colleague that arrived late. The meal was great.
