Hotel with clean lobby, very friendly and helpful receptionists (the day one especially). Breakfast was tasty good and there was variety to choose from. Guest were predominantly white ( assumed Germans) and friendly. Clean room with good temperature control. My first day felt a little cold but subsequently fine . Pressure of Shower was low at certain periods, making bathing difficult. 100 % smoke free policy a very good one. I will certainly visit again if I get the opportunity.

This is by far and away the dirtiest, run down, not fit for purpose hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Nothing in the room worked properly. Lights flickering, no air conditioning, dirty walls and broken furniture and furnishings. I feel absolutely robbed of the money I paid to stay in this place. Really unpleasant from start to finish. Our keys NEVER worked once. We repeatedly had to return to reception and were given as little help as possible. Accor group need to either spend somw money renovating this property or don't include it within their portfolio of hotels. Absolutely ruined my vacation

Excellent employee at reception, very nice welcome. But that was all! The floors of the corridor and my room were dirty. The furniture and bed was very worn. That's not the Ibis standard! The hotel needs urgent renovation.

I was at this hotel for just two nights and it served its purpose. Buffet breakfast for €12 seemed somewhat pricey for me. Nothing special on offer. Room was adequate - simple and average size. The bathroom was compact. It was a clean room. served its purpose. Location was good, an underground within a 7 mins walk.

Windows = safety hazard : OK hotel. Clean rooms. No aircon - under flight path for Tegel airport

Safety hazard! The windows in the room are about 3 feet x 3 feet and they open COMPLETELY WIDE OPEN! Now I know most people are sensible and use the safety opening feature - but that's at the second point on the opening process, whilst wide-open is the first one. For safety's sake, anyone with young, mobile, curious children might be advised to find somewhere else. I've not seen windows like this since the 80's ! I had a south facing room on the third floor which got incredibly hot during the day. There's no aircon in the room , so you have to open the windows* which means you can then hear everyone talking below as they have a beer outside; no use if you want to get to sleep early !
