Very pleasant stay in Privilege rooms. Reception staff very accommodating with pre-arrival requests which was much appreciated. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Hotel excellent location, near tram stop, Nice Ville station and shopping area. Pool area small but ample for a short stay. Roof top bar nice, but service a little slow in the evening. City view rooms can be slightly loud at night with street noise. Would revisit.

Situated just off the bustling Avenue Jean Médecin and merely steps away from the Jean Médecin tram stop, this hotel offers convenient airport access via tram for under 1.70 euros. Its prime location places it in the heart of the city, adjacent to the luminous Notre Dame Basilica and surrounded by a vibrant mix of shops, bars, and restaurants catering to diverse preferences. The famed Promenade des Anglais is within a pleasant 25-minute walk or a shorter tram ride away. Externally, the hotel presents a modest facade; however, stepping into the lobby reveals a breathtaking display of contemporary design, adorned with an eclectic collection of art and furnishings. The staff's professional and warm welcome immediately signifies the quality of service to be expected throughout your stay. The hotel hides a serene garden courtyard on the first floor, offering a peaceful retreat. The rooftop boasts a café bar that remains open throughout the day and livens up by night, providing a panoramic view of Nice along with a tempting swimming pool. My accommodation was an upgraded privilege room with a terrace that offered stunning views of the Notre Dame Basilica. The room's modern amenities and design left a lasting impression. It featured a large, comfortable bed with a selection of pillows, versatile lighting, C-port charging points, a work desk, and ample wardrobe space. Additional luxuries included a minibar with free soft drinks and a Nespresso machine. The spacious balcony came equipped with sun loungers and a seating area, overlooking the city rooftops and the Basilica. The room was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping, and boasted fast, reliable WiFi at 60 Mbps. The bathroom was notably luxurious, featuring a large walk-in shower with a substantial rain shower head. In conclusion, this hotel stands out for its exceptional service and special touches that enhance the overall experience, making any stay feel extraordinarily special.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and enjoyed every day of it, very friendly and professional staff at the reception especially Mr Engin was very helpful with advices for local dine outs and attractions to visit. We had lovely room with the view to the garden and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Rooms were a bit small but good enough for us, the rooms were cleaned every single day and the breakfast was good too. Great choice of mini bar was very handy! Will definitely staying in this hotel in the future .

Lovely room (room 712) with a view of Notre Dame and the city in general. The cleansing staff is amazing and does a fantastic job with keeping the room clean and refreshed. The soap and shampoo are also nice! The only issue is the towels, rather are low quality and super thin. Really they don’t go with the nice hotel and upscale feel of the place. Check in and check out was fast and very pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

clean but basic large room

Room clean and spacious but basic. twin room only one chair. Room had hairdryer, kettle, fridge and small safe. Separate toiet and bathroom with shower over bath. Very hard bed that I could feel the springs throught the mattress. Pillows were good. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask if breakfast was suitable for coeliac gluten free diet. On the 1st morning I asked what was suitable and I was offered boiled rice and green beans. They had no gluten free bread. Eventually someone else offered me a GF Madeleine. I had some yogurt & fruit puree and a banana. I took my own bread after that and had cheese with it. Selection overall for non gluten free diets was pretty poor - cheap ham and often only one type of hard cheese. Limited fruit selection - apples & oranges mainly or tinned grapefruit. The foyer looks nice. The only time I actually sat was while waiting for a taxi to the airport and I sat on the edge of the chairs as they were filthy & stained. I don't think this hotel should have 4 stars. I would look elsewhere if going back to Nice.
