A great standard of hospitality. The restaurant standard is first class and far exceeds airport hotel standard. Andre in the restaurant was a knowledgeable and friendly host offering excellent professional and friendly service. Food quality was excellent.

Whilr my work related trip to Birmingham Tyseley I stayed in the Novotel directly next to the airport. Its a really pleasent and comfortable place with great breakfast and food in total. From the beginning till the last meal in the hotel-restaurant I got serviced from great people e. g. Midhat Khan at the reception; Mian and Gairuka at the restaurant. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service. Kind regards

The service in the hotel in every area was excellent. Particularly in the restaurant and bar where Mian looked after us flawlessly. If coming to Birmingham again I’d definetly be booking in the Novotel again.
