I stayed 4 nights and I liked this hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable, wifi that works very well, the staff at the reception, at the bar and at the restaurant where breakfast is served are very kind.

Very convenient for central Alencon, right on the central, business district, just a short walk from the cathedral and pedestrianised town centre. Near the shops and bars. Public parking just outside the main door but no dedicated hotel parking, we were made aware of. There was a small hotel bar and a lift to all floors but everything was just a bit meh 😕. Not noticeably different to their, or any other chain's budget offering. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms on the smaller side and adequate enough with ensuite shower WC. Perhaps next time we'll look for somewhere more suburban with charm and greenery around.

Alencon was Excellent service for money. It had easy parking Just outside the hotel. The staff were Patient and very friendly. The room was a Comfortable room. The bedroom had all the necessary facilities.

Excellent location, a short walk to the cathedral & town shops. Restricted car paces outside, although the hotel staff recommend alternatives, but all car parks are free Sundays. Basic but clean rooms which I found quiet. Good breakfast selection. Alencon is a delightful town to wander through. A visit to the Lace Museum was well worth it, stunning displays of this towns important trade.

Really helpful staff, suggested another area to park as there was a road race the next day but we said we would leave early and that wasn’t a problem. Plus the parking is free from 5pm! Room was lovely and breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, meats, cheese, yoghurts and drinks.
