My wife and I really enjoyed our time in the hotel. Great location, room a bit on the small side and some noise from passing traffic but otherwise all okay, The hotel was clean and tidy, very friendly staff and good food (buffet breakfast and evening table service). All told, the price represented excellent value.

I stayed here for the 1st time because my usual hotel in Meylan was fully booked so I wanted to try this hotel. I have to say.... you will be surprised.... not in the good way. This hotel is old and needs to be refreshed. Dirty carpet floor, hitting system is not working well (outside temperature is -3C in the night 🥶) bathroom is one of the worse I saw in my work life ! I travel every 2 weeks and I have seen many ACCORD hotels. This one is so bad that I wanted to write a review in hope that management will read this and all the other bad comments and do something. Personally I am not coming back, unless I have no choice.....

I was given a bigger room than I booked, but the 2nd bedroom had a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. The bathroom had a great deal of mould on the ceiling, and there was very little space. I have to say I was hugely disapointed, having stayed in both blue and red Ibis hotels in the past. I could have saved my money and stayed in the B&B hotel next door. Breakfast was very poor, low quality products and not cereals except chocolate ones. Very few pastries left at 8am.

The location was bang on for me, as I was en-route down to Sanremo passing through the alps. Parking was good and plentiful although I do wish hotels (especially big chains like this one) had secure parking for bikes. Rooms were functional, but complete lack of power points to charge the phone etc except for in the bathroom! No where to dry my wet clothes following a downpour however this is hardly a usual requirement in an Ibis. The bar wasn't open except for water or bottles and the restaurant was closed - and this was at 7pm! The staff were efficient and friendly as expected from Ibis. Breakfast was good - a decent selection of continental breakfast items. Check in / out was easy and quick.

Smelly room

First enter the room we thought was they give smoking room, but is not because written do not smoking in the room. Maybe because the carpet on the floor hard to clean and left smelly? Would be nice put some refreshes on the room too, like when we enter to reception was very fresh smell, but when go to room so smelly, the wifi not working properly from the room. The positive is buffet breakfast was nice, the stuff is friendly and free parking.
