Ben bu kadar kurumsallık dışı bir işleyiş görmedim.Bana teslim edilmesi gereken bir eşyayı teslim etmedikleri gibi bir de kargolamaları için rica minnet konuştuğum kişilerin(satış ekibinden mert bey ve resepsiyondaki beyefendi) saygısız ve ukala tavırları inanın çok rahatsız edici.İki dk öncesinde müdürlerinin tabi ki hallederiz kargolarız dediği yerde iki dk sonrasında bu arkadaşlar öyle bir sistemimiz yok diyorlar.Bir de küstahca bi daha ki sefere geldiğinizde alırsınız diyorlar.947km uzaktayım şaka gibi. Hizmet, ilgi, konfor sıfır. Keşke çalışanlara müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi eğitimi verilse

It was a very clean hotel. Due to coronavirus restrictions, the variety of the breakfast was not a lot but it was acceptable. The staff were very friendly and kind and the room was really clean and cosy. The location of the hotel is also very good.

I'm Accor member ship. I have been stay here 2 nights. SO upset here 1.my point is missing 2.room photo not the same as real room 3.my room doesn't has tub bath 4. Maid not clean my room. 5.I told the staff on 1 January it was my boyfriend birthday. No anything happened. This hotel is terrible.

It is very bad stay i will never forget the worse few nights i stayed there, it is terrible in all means starting from management to the lsmallest room attendees They rip people off as visitors should obtain positive confirmation from the hitel in order to allow to change the stay and will never refund . I never recommend this terrible hotel to anyone and should be removed from booking websites
