As an art lover, I was instantly intrigued by the idea of a museum hotel when I researched for my solo trip, and so glad I decided to stay at 21c. The hotel was lovely and the staffs (Francisco at the front desk and Andy the bartender) were welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious. I highly recommend everyone to check out the hotel’s permanent collection. They acquire 2 Gottfried Helnwein!! The art pieces are displayed beautifully, I especially enjoyed going through rooms by rooms to look for more display.

This hotel was absolutely amazing hotel! It was very quiet , I spent most my time at the gym that had everything I needed. The room was great! Jose was an excellent host from beginning to end , & Francisco at the front desk helped accommodate with all my needs. These two alone hotel aside will bring me back to 21c on my next trip to Chicago

This hotel was perfect for our weekend trip with friends. Clean, welcoming, extremely flexible accommodating us with early check-in and late check-out. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The Location is great as well. Loved the art gallery/lobby concept.

Dit hotel heeft een perfecte ligging tov alle bezienswaardigheden en winkels. Het hotel is prachtig ingericht, brandschoon en luxe. Hoewel het een groot hotel is. Is het toch persoonlijk door de vriendelijke aanwezigheid van Jose die je persoonlijk groette en niets teveel was (en de namen van de gasten wist). Dat maakte het een gezellig verblijf.
