Tolles Hotel! Das Zimmer war modern und viel schöner als wir es erwartet hatten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang und können das definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Angestellten war extrem freundlich und immer bemüht, dass es dir gut geht und du dich wohlfühlst. Am Pool kannst du per App deine Getränke direkt zur Liege bestellen, was schnell und unkompliziert ging. Das Essen war top. Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet, was schon fast einem Lunch gleicht. Nachmittags gibt es kostenlos in der Lobby Schokolade & Kuchen. Würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen:)

음식도 너무 맛있고 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 다음에 와서 또 묵고싶습니다~~ Thanh, Quynh and Mi 넘 친철합니당 ㅎㅎ 몹시 청결하고 좋아요!!!! 아침에 조식도 맛있고 공항에서 픽업 서비스도 잘 되어있습니다 수영장도 넓고 방 내부도 몹시 깨끗해서 좋았고 가격도 저렴에서 하고싶은거 다하고 배부르게 지냈던것 같아요 가족끼리 왔는데 부모님께서도 정말 좋아하셔서 주변사람들한테도 추천해주고 싶어요~~ 다음에 다른분들도 왔으면 좋겠습니다 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또올게요~~~

Très beau resort pour quelques jours au soleil mais loin de tout donc louez un scooter et promenez vous vers le Nord de l’île et vers la cote Est. De plus vous serez plus autonome pour aller au parc d’attractions de Vin World et au Grand World en fin de journée. Le déjeuner est très bien et la chambre de toute beauté. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Sans oublier qu’il est offert un Spécial Chocolat à volonté de 15h30 à 16h30. Divin !!!

Bella camera e facilities buone. Ottima colazione e buon livello in generale per quanto riguarda la ristorazione (ristoranti islander e aura). Da migliorare in generale la pulizia/manutenzione degli spazi comuni ed il servizio (in piena stagione, con tanti clienti, il personale si “perde” un po’. Da aumentare i lettini zona spiaggia e piscina (troppi pochi durante l’alta stagione).
