Aspect extérieur des plus glauques, mal entretenu. Accueil limité et sans bienveillance. Chambre surchauffée et des plus simples . Odeur dans salle de bain nauséabonde. Petit déjeuner sans personnel et pas de réapprovisionnement en vaisselle et produits . Bref une fois pas 2

Hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle désertique et peu rassurante. Me rendant à un mariage en IDF, j'avais réservé une chambre pour la nuit du samedi 1er juillet au dimanche 2 juillet 2023 dans cet établissement. Lors de la réception de la chambre aux alentours de 15h30, on m'a assuré que j'aurais une place dans le parking privé à mon retour dans la nuit (c'était le week-end des émeutes et cela m'a rassuré). Or non seulement le parking sécurisé était bondé (il y avait même une voiture garée en double file) mais le parking non sécurisé était également plein. Impossible de me garer et, de plus, j'ai été interpellé par une bande de jeunes alcoolisés qui "zonaient" sur le parking. Craignant pour ma sécurité, j'ai été obligé de rentrer chez moi en province (2h30 de route) ! J'ai alerté l'hôtel qui m'a répondu 3 semaines plus tard "Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses" sans aucun geste commercial.

Bonjour Monsieur, Encore une fois nous vous présentons nos plus sincères excuses il est difficile de faire un geste commercial a distance. Il est vrais que lors de votre venu le parking était complet car offert a toutes notre clientèle. Lors des émeutes aucune n'a été déclarer au alentour de notre établissement tout au long de celle-ci, de plus notre établissement est garder 24h/24. Nous espérons Monsieur, avoir l'honneur de nous rattraper. Bien cordialement, la réception.

Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente. Complessivamente l'hotel è abbastanza buono trascurato: la prima camera assegnatami aveva lo scarico del lavabo intasato. Ho segnalato il problema e mi è stata subito riassegnata una nuova camera, nella quale però non c'era neanche un cestino per i rifiuti, nè un telefono per contattare la reception ...

Hotel is very basic and in an undesirable area, not suitable for families really and feel quite unsafe. Travel is impossible the strike and while I do not attribute this to the hotel its location is an inconvenience. I left a small necklace of sentimental value in my room, there were no safes and I left it on the bed side. When I returned it had gone. The member of night staff admitted that it was a common occurrence,he rolled his eyes and apologised. The day staff were less than helpful. They were rude, dismissive and refused to contact the police. The hotel manager walked passed us chewing with a wide open mouth and refused to talk to us, choosing to hide in the office. We have contacted the police and will be following up with booking.com also. I am furious that my locked hotel room was stolen from by this a member of staff.

Thought I would do a review even if still here. We came as a family and after reading the other reviews arrived quite apprehensive . Firstly the hotel is OK , rooms small but functional . The room was clean and comfortable . Not much storage space . There was noise from the periferique as we faced that way , not too bad with window shut . Didn't hear any noise from outside otherwise . The reviews said the area was awful , we walked around to Pigalle , Montmartre , Port de st Ouen and never had any problems or felt worried , certainly we didn't see anything or felt worried. In fact we visited shops , eat and drunk locally and enjoyed it . There is a lot of litter (not unusual for Paris by the look of it and with the lack of public toilets there seems to be a lot of man made streams again all over Paris ) . All I can say it is a budget hotel we paid 40 euros a night , great bargain . The parking is expensive but added together still a bargain for a Paris hotel . Nearest metro 15 mins walk again no hassles . Would use again and for the money I can't complain.
