Camera pulita e grande. Insonorizzata ,letto comodo, tutti i servizi erano perfetti. La sauna e le piscine assolutamente di primo livello.

Ho prenotato due camere per me e la mia famiglia dal 30/12/23 al 1 gennaio 24. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. Devo dire che il servizio delle camere non è all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Le camere fatte alle 5 del pomeriggio. Abbiamo chiesto l’accappatoio per andare in piscina dato che la donna delle pulizie li aveva aveva cambiati, nonostante fossero appesi, ma ci hanno detto che non ce n’erano più e bisognava aspettare almeno due ore che la lavanderia li portasse. Le lenzuola del letto cambiate ( dopo solo una notte?) erano bagnate. Non tutto il personale dell’hotel parla inglese, specialmente al bar. Alla reception mi hanno detto che avevano cancellato la pre autorizzazione di quasi 1000 euro, invece al mio rientro scopro che l’importo è rimasto bloccato fino al 19 di gennaio. Servizio da migliorare.
