Hotel OK, area horrendous

As we got out of the car in the car park here, we were greeted by a beggar asking for money. The car park was full of children playing, vans and all around “strange” things which put us on edge. This wasn’t a good first impression! We were desperately watching the car on the CCTV at check in. The receptionists we encountered were lovely and spoke good English. The room however was clean and a family room provided a good amount of space. The hotel doesn’t have fans or air conditioning. We were fortunate enough to have good weather in Paris but it made the room like sleeping in an oven! To be honest for a budget chain, the hotel was “OK” for an overnight stop off but the area was absolutely horrific. To be truthful, I have never been so frightened. We walked through an area to get to the metro station and it was absolutely terrifying. We were told to wait for a bus and I was so scared we drove in to central Paris and visited the Eiffel Tower which was about 45 mins in the car. My husband left his watch behind and did get it back when he returned to collect it which was great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I don’t think there is much IBIS could do with the hotel in itself but I would avoid the area at all costs in future.

Il faut parfois lire les commentaires avant de réserver…. C’est ce que j’aurais du faire. Je confirme les avis des autres voyageurs. C’est vieux, sale et bruyant. Des taches et coulures sur les murs, les rideaux, des traces de cigarettes sur le bureau, le sol. Le parking est avec des personnes en train de démonter ou réparer des véhicules…. Il y a du linge au fenêtre. C’est Babelwed. Premier contact en arrivant, en descendant de voiture, sur le parking de l’hôtel, un migrant qui vient réclamer de l’argent…. C’est un hôtel à migrants. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Je déconseille même !!!

A fuir, dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre moins d’étoile. Nous sommes arrivés, on nous à fait directement payé, nous sommes monté dans la chambre, un scandale, le sol affreusement sale, des tâches rouges, des tâches également douteuse. Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, ce qui à été fait. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la seconde chambre effectivement elle était « un peu » moins sale. Du scotch qui fixais la vitre, un radiateur qui avait brûlé, le sol avec des tâches. Bref nous sommes partis alors que nous devions rester plusieurs jours. Le parking est une poubelle, on hésite à laisser notre voiture. Malgré ça, le personnel de l’accueil étaient très compatissant et ont compris notre désarroi. Déçu

Hotel triste e impersonale. Abbiamo prenotato due stanze separate e, arrivati in reception, ci hanno detto (alle 2 di notte) che ne avevano solo una e che c'era stato un errore da parte di Booking.com. Quando ho chiesto cosa avrei dovuto fare (per non condividere la camera con il mio capo), mi è stato risposto che non è un loro problema, Il tutto in modo estremamente scortese e indifferente.

l essenziale niente lusso ma ordinato pulito personale cortese camera abbastanza spaziosa è tutto al suo posto secondo me per spendere poco di gran lunga superiore ai F1 e premier Che ho trovato sporchi il letto pieno di capelli bagno senza porta ecc ecc
