Wow, what an amazing property. Brooke on the front desk was superb. Studio apartment well equipped and cleaned. My only gripe was that we were staying for 3 nights with no housekeeping. No top up of amenities if you need them. Same set up as Sebel Flinders Lane, but the Sebel Noose is the BEST out of the Sebel's so far. So when we arrived our studio was ready. Great room and layout, but only one bath towel and no remote control for the bedroom. Argh must be the same remote for the TV in the lounge room. Nah, but that didn't bother us. Try to work out how to call reception was tricky! The quickest option was to call on my mobile or go down and see them. Was told by Arthur that fresh towels haven't arrived as yet. So I assumed they would be placed in our room during the afternoon, wrong, and needed to go to reception. During our stay, they had a fun run of some sort. No notifications and no one knew how to get over to the city side. We had a fire test on the morning we were leaving over their PA system, and again, no notifications . Something I think should've been better planned. This property is a lovely, clean, maintained establishment, close to free trams and ferry service, which I 'm not sure where it goes! Maybe next time. If staying for 1 or 2 nights, it's a great place.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento con due camere e due bagni Vista sulle Dockland meravigliosa Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort Pulizia quotidiana Lavatrice rifornita di sapone ogni giorno Staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile La zona si trova a pochi passi dal Marvel Stadium Zona con piccolo supermercato nelle vicinanze e ristoranti con una buona offerta per ogni esigenza

Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla, stanze (mini appartamenti) confortevoli, colazione a la carte nel vicino bar capri, a disposizione piscina, parcheggio disponibile a pagamento. Ristoranti e caffe nelle vicinanze.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura prenotata dalla nostra agenzia e siamo sicuramente soddisfatti. Seppur non centralissima, ha di fronte la fermata del tram circolare gratuito quindi in pochi minuti si arriva nei principali punti di interesse. Si tratta di mini appartenenti spaziosi, moderni e ben arredati nei quali non manca niente: tv molto grande, musica, fornelli, frigo, lavatrice. È presente anche la piscina e la palestra. Uniche note negative il parcheggio troppo caro (25AU$/g) e il personale della reception (per carità, professionale e gentile ma poco incline a venire incontro alle richieste).

Abbiamo passato tre notti al Sebel e siamo stati benissimo. La nostra camera aveva il bel panorama sulle Docklands, l'hotel in generale, moderno, è molto bello. Abbiamo passato una serata in camera poiché non stavo bene e posso dare un ottimo giudizio anche sul servizio in camera per cena. Ottima anche la colazione al bar dell'hotel. Comoda e piacevole la piscina con idromassaggio e sauna.
