Good stay with nice atmosphere at jeddah city , Near by all areas which give you many options with its location .. staff are friendly .. food is good i requested a room with view but not available on the day if arrival . Defiantly i will come back .

E la prima volta avere una brutta esperienza in tutto il Mio tempo dei soggiorni nel gruppo accor . Personale veramente scortese, non professionale, sono stato tre giorni da 3 ore nella Recepsion perché non sapevano usare i miei punti per pagare il soggiorno. All’ momento del chekin sono venuti in camera in 4 persone come se fosse io un criminale insieme a uno della security. Si sono dimenticati che io sono membership diamond 💎 e posso avere il chek out ritardato. Trattano delle persone come se fosse ti hanno fatto il favore. Altra cosa. Non hanno mai pulito la camera in tre giorni. Secondo giorno ho inviato un sms al signor fahaat , di qui mi ha risposto vai giù alla reception e chiedi. Manco chiedere scusa. Vai tu a chiedere. È rimasto da dire. Vai a prendere scopa e spazzola a pulire tu. Quell hotel ha bisogno di rinovare il personale. Mai una persona alla reception. Ogni volta che arriva una persona deve suonare o chiamare. Terribile

The hotel is very nice and has well equipped kitchen. The breakfast served in the restaurant is very tasty and has variety of food. Reception team gave good service and hospitality I never expected to be that professional service.

Im very happy to stay hair. Good location up to date hotel. Fantastic food in ibis kitchen. Really iam very enjoying specially Rasel in ibis Restaurant great people very helpful and polite. Thanks Rasel . I will come again.

I was really impressed by the quality and service. The staff very helpful and Friendly. The breakfast very Excellent. The room is always clean. There is a lounges at enterence The hotel. Rasel is always good welcoming and smiling really iam very happy to his service. Thanks Everyone
