Don't return the refund /NO DEPOSITAN EL DINERO DEL REEMBOLSO, CUIDADO! Hicimos una reservación por 3 noches, al llegar a la habitación vimos que estaba demasiado pequeña así que al día siguiente temprano fuimos a recepción para cancelar las otras noches. Nos dieron un recibo de reembolso el cual nos pidieron que guardáramos bien por cualquier situación futura. (Algo sabian). Pasando 15 días llame al área de contabilidad del hotel para comentarles que mi reembolso aun NO se reflejaba en mi cuenta y me comentaron que tardaría 1 mes en reflejarse. Pasó 1 mes y llame a contabilidad para ver qué había pasado, me pidieron que mandara correo con las fechas y nombre de la reservación, una vez mandado el correo me dijeron que ya se había realizado el reembolso y que todo estaba bien por parte de ellos. (Mentira) Les pedí que me repitieran el número completo de tarjeta para verificar que si era mi tarjeta a la cual hicieron el reembolso pero me dijeron que lo tenían que checar en recepción, y así NUNCA más el área de contabilidad volvió a atender mis llamadas. Contabilidad simplemente no hicieron nada. UN ROBO TOTAL! No regresan el dinero, no contesta el área de contabilidad las llamadas ni los correos. Evitense problemas y pérdida de tiempo, NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ.

Buen dia Sra. Jasso, revise el tema he incluso puedo ver el email de confirmacion que le compartió mi equipo con el Vouucher de la devolución. Le comento nuevamente que en caso de que no lo viera reflejado en su estado de cuenta, tendrá que verificar con su banco el porque no lo recibio, con el comprobante que se le proporcionó de nuestra terminal punto de venta. Ya que ese dinero ya no esta en nuestra cuenta. Puede sin problema iniciar la aclaración, y el banco tiene que hacer la investigación. Lamentamos los inconvenientes que le han generado, pero en ningun momento nos hemos quedado sin hacer nada; hasta donde puedo ver se le atendió y se le proporcionó su comprobante de la devolución. My room was standard Ibis: minimal and clean, but also bigger than some. (Go elsewhere for more charm or local flavor.) The location is boring (government buildings, a big hospital, etc.) but it's also just a 15-minute walk to the cathedral, etc. There's an OXXO two blocks away by the river where you can buy six liters of Bonafont drinking water for 29 pesos. If you're staying somewhere else, check out the breakfast buffet here for 159 pesos. (The San Sebastian buffet is probably much larger but also costs 250 pesos... maybe go there if you're starved?) I love creative food, and this breakfast buffet was -- on weekdays, at least. (I don't know if weekends are different if the chef isn't here). No typical US-type buffet of scrambled eggs and waffles here. For instance, this morning the two standouts were grilled ham in onions, green peppers and tomatoes, and chiles rellenos.. The server offered me hot tortillas (flour or corn) off the grill. There were four kinds of fruit juice and three kinds of fresh fruit, cold cereal and yogurt, as well as the usual quesadillas and soupy beans. (I understand that you can also order another breakfast -- maybe eggs and waffles? :)

The hotel is located in downtown you can either walk to Plaza Zaragoza or take a Uber. Room size is good compare to IBIS I had stayed in Europe. Staff are friendly and they even have a kitchen. I had ate a hamburger, chicken fajitas and buffet breakfast - the server bring it to you. This is be my hotel to go to next time in Hermosillo.

Stanza grande, pulita. Personale attento e tutto senza dover aspettare molto. Molto economico rispetto altri. Zona centro. Consigliatissimo. Internet funziona discretamente bene, alla mattina la colazione è semplice ma saporita.

Questo albergo somiglia a tutti gli altri alberghi della catena Ibis. Funzionale, pulito, ben accessoriato con stanze piccoline e buoni letti. Leggermente istante- circa 15 minuti a piedi- dal centro storico. Personale gentile e diponibile, buon rapporto prezzo/qualita'. Buon riposo
