Arrivati alle 17 la stanza non era ancora pronta, ci hanno offerta dell’acqua durante l’attesa ☹ ,la stanza era parecchio polverosa, il mini frigo era vuoto, i bicchieri erano 2 noi eravamo in 4, le pulizie sono state lo svuotamento dei cestini e basta, abbastanza deludente

Positivo: Camera graziosa, doccia molto ampia. Albergo pulito Negativo: materasso letto, cuscini e divano letto scomodo. Cameriera con capelli scuri al ristorante molto maleducata, sgarbata e sembrava scocciata. Ha fatto il servito con i guanti di plastica, ha servito le bevande senza vassoio ma portate dal bar al tavolo a mano. Ceasar salad non da 4 stelle! Peccato

I wish to assure that our mattresses have been all changed to new just couple weeks ago and i am very sorry to know this was not up to your expectations. This is definitely not normal and i would love to investigate this further in order to provide further training for the team involved. Hotel nuovissimo, nelle Royal Victoria Dock, la posizione forse è un po' troppo distante dalle zone turistiche di Londra, fortunatamente c'è una fermata metro a pochi passi. Colazione abbondante, cena di ottima qualità, con staff molto cordiale, in particolar modo Nathie, lo consiglio vivamente.
