Fabiob Azienda - Avvisi confermati di ALL

Ho prenotato e pagato per 3 notti, arrivo la prima sera lunedi 06/11/23 verso le 22.30, la reception è chiusa ma c'e uno pc per fare il check in. Purtroppo il pc non funzionava. A fianco c'era un pulsante di help, lo premo e spiego il problema all'operatore, il quale mi dice di vedere la mia prenotazione ma di non poter fare niente per aiutarmi. Alla mia domanda cosa faccio adesso la risposta è stata " si deve trovare un'altro hotel". Così ho fatto ed erano ormai le 23 . La sera dopo mi presento all'hotel faccio il check in e mi dicono di scrivere una mail per il rimborso. Dopo una settimana e 2 solleciti non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Veramente deluso ed amareggiato.

Signor B., Desidero ringraziarla per il tempo dedicato a scriverci in seguito al suo soggiorno presso ibis budget Dueren West. Sono spiacente che il servizio e la prestazione non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative e la prego di accettare le nostre più sincere scuse. Gli alberghi Ibis Budget desiderano offrire sempre il massimo nella qualità del servizio. Pertanto la sua opinione è per noi molto preziosa. Le assicuro che saranno intraprese tutte le azioni necessarie al fine di migliorare la qualità delle prestazioni citate. La ringrazio nuovamente per i suoi commenti e ci auguriamo di riconquistare la sua fiducia in occasione del suo prossimo soggiorno. Struttura comoda ma la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Personale non molto cordiale.

If you know the Ibis chain and in this case the Ibis Budget chain, then you know what's expecting you when you book a room. In this case I must admit that the rooms were smaller than I had anticipated. However, the rooms were clean and, as per definition, very cheap.

Comfortable with modern amenities and a great breakfast. Rooms a little on the small side, but adequate ,and well equipped. WiFi worked well. Good restaurant/Truck stop close by Would definitely use again

I stayed here for one night after a drop-off for a late hour flight; I did not want to drive back to Belgium when it is late. I booked the room the day before, tried the online check but somehow couldn’t, knowing that it is possible to do it any time using the machines (second time in an ibis budget in germany). Regardless and to be on the safe side, I stopped on the way to the airport and checked in while there was a receptionist. She did not speak english well but we managed. No info about the check-out though, at that time. Another interesting thing I noticed was that the check-in machine said it is possible to check-in between some specific times (I don’t remember) but not 24/7. I tried and it didn’t work then around 8-9 pm; so a big question mark here; just check with the hotel in advance if you arrive late when there’s no receptionist or do the online check-in. Anyways, I had my check-in completed already and it was ok when I came back late again using the code I was given. The room was standard; simple but fulfilling with almost everything you needed for a short stay. Nice comfy bed, warm room, toilet and shower with towel and toiletries, free wifi, even a tv and hangers. Besides the checkout is latest by 12 which is not the case everywhere. A cleaning lady knocked at the door as I was leaving around 11.30. There was no receptionist and I was a bit puzzled since I was not given any info for checking out. I went back upstairs, asked the cleaning lady and she said okay, no need to do anything. This must have been the check to make sure the guests leave before 12. Nevertheless, again just to be safe, I found a form, filled it in with my departure time, dropped it at the reception and left. Overall, I’d stay here again but I’d make sure to complete the online check-in in order to have the code to the room. Again, just to be safe :)
