all'arrivo non c'è stato l'upgrade, e va bene che non sia disponibile anche se sono platinum, vado in camera ed era una di quelle disabili, quindi con bagno e doccia dedicati, chiedo il cambio stanza ... ed ecco che magicamente si scusano con un'upgrade (che prima però non era disponibile) ... sono anni che soggiorno in questo albergo, e devo dire che forse è la volta che mi sono trovato peggio .. sarà anche tutto il personale nuovo che ho visto

Purtroppo alle 5 del mattino, dopo sole 3 ore di sonno, è partito un rumore prima a intermittenza e poi continuo dal soffitto dell'entrata della stanza, nella zona dell'impianto di ventilazione. Rumore che non è passato nemmeno spegnendo l'impianto. Ho segnalato il problema alla mia partenza: la mia sveglia era alle 6, non c'era il tempo per chiedere un intervento o un cambio stanza.

Non e’ stato possibile prenotare la cena in camera perche’ il telefono non funzionava in quanto la spina era stata staccata. La cucina stava chiudendo prima di quanto non fosse scritto sul menu.

Trattati come dei re dal concierge Mathieu che ci ha accolti e riempito di sorprese. Ci ha fatto scoprire la sua città con una passione indescrivibile... Le camera sono moderne spaziose e non manchi di nulla... La colazione copiosa e varia con prodotti tipi e internazionali. Accompagno il presidente del parlamento europeo ogni plenaria a Strasburgo. Quando arrivo ho necessità di trovare le camere pronte per organizzare le attività, ma non lo sono quasi mai.

Dear Guest, Following your stay at Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile, you have taken the time to fill out our satisfaction survey and I am thankful to you. We make every effort to ensure that a sojourn in our hotel is a pleasure of each moment and I am chagrined to read that yours did not meet your expectations. I am sensible to your lower ratings and your comment about your arrival. For information, we inform on all of our reservation services that the arrival time is fixed at 15:00. Depending on the constraints of our room categories and the departure times of our customers who have stayed with us the day before, the check-in hours cannot be moved up. We would be pleased to welcome you earlier than normally, but only if the conditions permit it. In addition, I paid attention to your notations concerning the room. Our establishment was built in 1964, and despite many refurbishment programs, we are aware that the product is a little ageing. Please be assured that I have taken note of your remark and that I have informed my General Management, so that this is taken into account in the determination of our future renovation project. Moreover, I noticed your disappointment regarding our fidelity program Le Club. May I ask you how could we have made your experience completely satisfying? Check-in online. Ottimo servizio bagagli e garage. La camera (128) poco pratica nella zona scrivania/frigo bar; armadio guardaroba troppo piccolo. All'ingresso della camera sarebbe utile un appendi cappotti/giacche.
