Prisin cell bedroom style with fungus in the wall , zero beverages in the refrigerator!!! Just one soap for my use ! Please do not come here at all!!! I have stayed in other ibis hotels but this is the worst one!

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood of Belem, but as every place in the city you must be careful at every time. I was there a few days after they had de transition from Tulip Inn to Ibis Style. The hotel needs lots of improvements to become in fact an Ibis Style. The room need some renovation and small fix. I hope the changes will happen. The breakfast is not good, a little sort of things and poor quality of products. Some part of the staff is not prepared to take care of customers. In summary I do not recommend the hotel. It is possible to find others options in the area.

First the positive aspects: 1) people at desk is mostly nice 2) well located 3) good cleanliness 4) good value Now the bad aspects: 1) breakfast: among the worst breakfasts I have ever had in my life. I had difficulties to chose what to eat. Practically no fresh fruits, almost zero bakery, no eggs, bad juices, no cheese, no hams. Overall terrible quality. Is the Ibis management looking at this? The breakfast alone is what is dragging down the hotel. 2) breakfast service: well the service at the breakfast is not existent and not cool at all. The waiter is not nice and always looking pissed off. Not cool. This is strange because the service we encountered in Belem was always very good. 3) Infrastructure: old and in need of revitalization. All in all If you can, look further!

I had a great experience, fully recommend it! Was there for a week for work. Breakfast was great, and I could chill in the swimming pool after the work day. Rooms were clean and the aircon worked great. The best was the staff, so nice and always helpful! Especially Caio, Ana, Endryo and Bruno

The hotel is located at walking distance from many touristic attractions, like Basílica de Nazaré, Museu Emilio Goeldi and Theatro da Paz. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. Very recommended!
