Dolphin experience was fun so was the Rollercoasters and waterslides was fun the BR experience was great. Food was great I had a burger with chips and drink my favourite roller coaster was the blue one although the white one was fun with a big splash

Tenzile has an amazing team with her especially Walter! Tenzile and her Manager are exceptional at hospitality of guests in the Eternia Restaurant. We were treated like royalty for every meal and the service was perfection! You can see how hard the staff work and how the guest experience means a lot to them. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hi. Returned from Land of Legneds 2 weeks ago. We booked with TUI, firstly we were misled and was told the al carte restaurants were included however they were not! Hotel is top tier with people with children and can’t fault that. My kids had a brilliant time enjoying their time round the hotel and theme park which was amazing! Food I would say is average and we got sick of the buffet so went to the restaurants outside in the shopping avenue which were fantastic and great service in Ava and the pizza restaurant right outside the resort. Staff were really nice especially the girls at the hotel bar where I could get warm milk for the baby and ice creams, coffees all day long. Girls you are brilliant especially the ones who worked until 12am till late! They really need a praise because they work sooo hard! I had a massage at the spa which is very nice and relaxing. It would be nice to have a nice pool inside the resort and a hot tub! Loved the hotel overall however one thing let me down when I noticed small items going missing in my hotel room. I had expensive make up items taken and perfume bottles which I was really upset about. Small things were taken so that I would not notice but unfortunately it’s is unacceptable! I felt very uncomfortable after leaving my items round the room and would probably never stay again due to this particular reason.

Posh Wacky Warehouse!!

Just arrived back from staying at the kingdom hotel and honestly need another holiday!! This place was no holiday destination. If you want a holiday vibe stay at the Rixos and take the shuttle to the Land of Legends!! I will start with the good bits - Water park really good for kids, loads of slides and plenty sun beds. - Theme park is a bit smaller than anticipated but lovely theming and a few good rides!! - I can’t fault how clean the resorts are, constantly cleaning everything. - Hotel room nice and roomy, clean and modern. Now the bad bits. If you want to stop in the middle of a wacky warehouse, this is for you! Kids running around the hotel screaming. Arcade machines the whole length of the hotel and they create quite a racket. Kids running riot, fell over quite a few. Also kids on hoverboards, scooters and rollerboots whizzing around and it’s busy!!! Kids playing football inside the lower lobby, YES inside!! To be fair no area outside!! Not the 7 bars as promised ( although this could be TUIs fault for misleading info). 1 bar with 2 people serving drinks for the entire hotel!! Nice area to sit at the back of hotel overlooking the shopping plaza, if you manage to get a table, good luck with that!! Plenty seats on the other side but you can’t sit in them if you want alcohol!! Although we were aware the hotel doesn’t have a pool ( much needed). If you go to the water park only beer and soft drinks available at select outlets. Can be a 10 min walk from your lounger to get a soft drink. No food or snacks served in the parks so you have to trek back to the hotel to get anything!! The hotel mentioned this changes with the seasons so in Summer it is the other way around, food in parks at lunch and none in hotel. Again TUI at fault on this one!! No entertainment at all apart from a short kids programme in the evening in a small corner of the hotel lobby, no seats at all here!! Absolutely bored senseless of an evening. The shows in the shopping plaza are ok but same every evening so once you have seen it once, your done!! Shopping plaza is aimed at the Turkish locals with money, it seems to be the nightlife spot for wealthy locals! Overall if you stop for a night or 2 fine! If you want a relaxing holiday with stuff for kids stay off site and take the shuttle bus!! Now pass me the brochure so I can book an actual holiday!!!
