The staff are always ready to help. The room was great with a lovely view, and the food was decent too. The room was clean and there were no issues at all. There is a nice kids pool and a kids club for the kids to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families

Mr Islam, the Chef Shukhal and all the team have been so accommodating, helpful and kind that we immediately felt at home. The food was really really good ! I was helped with some allergies in order to avoid certain products and offered special treats instead of the ones I had to avoid. We will come back soon.

The Retreat at Palm Hotel provided an incredible experience from the moment of arrival. The warm welcome extended from the front desk to the concierge and luggage porter, complemented by the breathtaking view from our room's balcony overlooking the pool, water, and the stunning cityscape beyond. I want to express special gratitude to our concierge, Zia, who went above and beyond to ensure our departure was delightful. He took care of our luggage until departure time, arranged transportation, and checked in to ensure everything was in order. Zia's exceptional attention to detail made a significant difference. I also want to thank Alaa from the gift shop, who pleasantly surprised us with mini massages using exotic oils. This experience was truly deserving of a 5+ star rating.

Thank you for everything. This is the best Hotel. we were staying for 2 nights, Islam was one of the best person he was helping us a lot, he was very helpful, fun and friendly. we had great time in this hotel. The dinner and lunch was the best. Isalm helps us a lot. He is from Egypt and he was so fun and friendly.

Nice hotel with nice staff smooth check-in the lobby ambiance is spacious and luxurious.food very good,room are well maintained clean ,pool and beach is just beautiful with a nice view perfect atmosphere thanks to Jeanette and Rowan for brilliant job there very helpful we felt so good attentive to us.
