Good location but no organization in the hotel

This is not my first time to stay in the hotel but this time there is no organization at all , they gave me one of the rooms without cleaning from the previous client and they don’t know that when i contacted the reception .breakfast is not good as the previous stay , rehaf from the tried her best to fix the issues thanks to her but still not a good stay this time .

Staff at check in lied about view of Kabah at room and provided us a room part of another room which was smaller and had just a door which strangers in the next room so very little privacy was given.

Our stay at Swissotel Makkah was AMAZING. From the service as a Silver Accor member to the general attitude and manner of the staff. Everything was amazing. Room allocation, seamless checkin, nothing was too much and the view from my Kabah View room was the BEST I could ask for. This was a surprise for my parents and this too was take into consideration. Breakfast was varied and delicious. In’Sha’Allah, I will stay here again 🤲🏻

Assalaamualaikum. Bismillah. The excellent experience started when we arrived at the hotel. When we check-in our room, Mr. Ammar upgraded our room from city view to the Haram view. MashaAllah, we didn't expect that. The view of Haram is the BEST in the World. Me, my wife and my son will cherish the moment seeing Haram from the 19th floor. Secondly, the foods were great with wide range of selections and great services. The server mr. Salim offered us tea or coffee, i ordered cappuccino and my wife ordered tea. From the food, my son loves the selection of cold cuts, sausages, fried chicken, and fruits (the water melon was juicy and sweet). I loved the scramble egg with different things on top (cheese or whatnot) and I also ordered omelet. Ohh i love the ful with the fresh bread. And for dessert I had different varieties of pastries, juices, and fruits. I may forget what i had, but all delicious to me. Lastly, the room services were always provided us with the best service. I am really sorry I forget their names for the room services. And i forget the unnamed porter that was helping us calling and translating the driver when we checking out from the hotel. Alhamdulillah, Staying in Swissotel was a very pleasant experience.
