Had a lovely stay my son loved it the food was great, lovely staff so accommodating from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Looking forward to making it my stop over for all our London trips and stop overs before holidays. I'd really recommend the Harlow Hotel.

Great people and I'd thoroughly recommend. After my wife and I had a nice visit at the hotel our car got stuck in the car park. When I asked in the reception for help two of them (Trevor and Brian) kindly stopped what they were doing and helped. They were so kind and went out of their way to help.

An absolute con of a hotel. Stayed last night on business alone, arrived at 8.45pm after a 2 hour drive, left at 8am for work meetings, simply using the hotel to SLEEP. Received an email at 6.45pm to say I am being charged £100 for smoke burn marks in the curtain nets, considering I am not even a smoker! Tried to call to dispute, but told all management finish at 5pm, asked for a call back before 10.30 tomorrow (due to business commitments after) and told that she will pass a message to ring tomorrow morning, but if not is Friday morning ok. (Lovely lady on reception, no problem with her at all) Can only imagine the amount of people they try to do this too on either the same or similar things, and as I mentioned in my email to them, staying in the first room on the corridor I would have thought if I was smoking and causing burn holes I would have set the smoke alarm off and stunk the place out!!!! Absolutely appalling, would not ever stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone. H Ferry

Mother's day afternoon tea. Eric and his team were really attentive, nothing was to much trouble. The food prepared by Keely was devine, so tasty and lots of variety. Will definitely be looking out for any other events they hold. Lovely afternoon and thank you so much for my plant, so thoughtful 😊

Shocking dog dribble or snot over the curtains Cleaning could be better someone left apple stickers everywhere and had not been removed Only one tea and coffee cups not clean Only positive were toiletries Road noise awful could not sleep no double glazing cars reving and music all night car wash at back of hotel and bad shouting singing all day road noise unbearable
