Very nice place for families. Great facilities like pool, snooker table and bar. Good price. The rooms are clean and big and the staff are very nice and polite. There is good transformation to the city, bus number 53 gets to all the important areas .

I must share my catastrophic experience at the Novotel Ibis Styles Madrid City Las Ventas hotel. This establishment, despite claiming to offer high standards of comfort and safety, has deeply disappointed me, turning what was supposed to be a pleasant stopover on the way to our vacation into a real nightmare. On June 25, 2023, my wife, daughter and I were the victims of a violent robbery in the hotel parking lot, a supposedly secure area. A suspicious individual, unperturbed by the staff despite his strange presence, followed and assaulted my family, stealing valuable possessions. More than the material damage, it was the trauma of the attack that turned our lives upside down. Equally, if not more disappointing, was the reaction of the hotel staff. Despite the cries of my wife and daughter, no member of staff intervened. The help offered was minimal - a simple phone call to the police. No further assistance was provided, either during the incident or in the hours and days that followed. I sent a detailed letter to the hotel management, hoping that our case would be dealt with appropriately. To my great disappointment, no positive action was taken. The lack of empathy and assistance is flagrant and shocking for an establishment of this stature. As a result of this incident, we had to cancel our vacation. My professional activity has also been seriously disrupted by the theft of my computers. To this day, my wife and children are still traumatized. I strongly discourage this hotel to anyone who values security and integrity. An establishment that is so negligent about security and so indifferent to the well-being of its guests does not deserve your trust or your money. For our part, we will never return to the Novotel Ibis Styles Madrid City Las Ventas hotel, and will advise all our contacts to do the same.

Great hotel modem clean ! Queen size bed so comfy with out the plastic mattress protector we had to remove it as it was really noisy and hot . Would benefit from extra pillows as they are extremely soft no variety. Tea and coffee in room however they are very tight with the milk only one per day per adult . Weather has been warm could have done with the pool being open even though it was outside Also lacking bar food through the day you can only get food in the restaurant which isn’t open in the day no snacks machines no shops locally

We chose this hotel as it is just outside the Madrid low pollution zone (which means you can access it with a non Spanish car), and it has its own parking garage. The rooms are typical for an IBIS Styles. The public areas are shared with the Novotel next door, so tend to get pretty crowded. Access to Madrid is easy: a ten minute walk to a metro station. There isn't much in the area, and you cannot actually use the adjacent motorway unless you have a Spanish car ( I think with the appropriate pollution registration), but it worked for us wanting as we wanted to spend a few days in Madrid on a Spanish driving holiday.

Firstly, the location is terrible- atnleast a 30 min bus ride away from any central attractions, and you're overlooking nothing but offices and flats. Room was solidly ok, clean and fairly comfy but nothing special. Had specifically requested a room with a bathtub (which i was told was possible) but got given a room with a shower - no explanation to the change except they cost the same On our final morning before checkout I went down to breakfast, big queue as its Sunday morning and most people are probably flying out that evening. Get to the front of the queue and the guy behind me pushes in front- the lady working the queue comes to seat the next customers and I state I was first - guy admits he pushed in and I was in fact first. The lady looks me dead in the eye, says ok, and then deliberately reaches straight past me to the guy and seats him instead! I have extreme social anxiety and it took a huge effort to stand up for myself, for the staff member to humiliate me in front of the dozens of people in the queue was too much and I had to leave immediately as I was about to have a panic attack, by the time I calmed down about 10 mins later it was too late to get breakfast as the queue was fully across the lobby, so my partner and I never got the breakfasts we paid for either As the title says, dont waste your time, get a hotel in the centre of town for a few euros more
