Thank you so much for a very special stay at the hotel. Everyone went above and beyond and made my daughter’s birthday exceptional ❤️ Restaurants, bar and room was above expectations, great food drinks and service, spacious clean and very stylish rooms. Great value for money and very convenient for a shopping holiday. We will definitely be back.

Five stars for customer service.

We just completed a six night stay at Hotel Chadstone, and we enjoyed every moment. We had the package with Luxury Escapes so breakfast was included which was fresh and contained all the variety we needed. The rooms are new and well appointed (loved the light sensor in the bathroom at night), but the thing that set our stay apart was the great customer service, specifically from Ruby at the front desk. She cared about all details of our stay, including helping us to check in early after an overnight flight, and even the view from our room. It was so lovely to be treated as a human! Thanks Ruby. The mall next door was awesome and the free shuttle bus to the city meant we didn’t feel far from anywhere. The Hotel Chadstone experience was excellent for our family. We can’t wait to return.

It was a hotel that is an absolute gold mine if you like shopping. In all fairness not my preferred sport… however it was as one would expect for a new five star hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, room comfy with pretty good views even on first floor. And of course the mini bar is obscenely expensive- not that we use But- the bloody light switches fair dinkum we’ve been to hotel a across the world, and never had to call reception to work out how the lights work. Only bug.

Dear Karen Taylor (GM of hotel) Long time Accor Plus member (20 years), called restaurant for breakfast with my family (3 young kids) and Tia answered and advised was good to come in. Arrived at Pastore and Thi - apparently manager ushered our family to side whilst other patrons ushered to seat. Waited 15 minutes with restless young kids and escalated matter to Niyas Navas. Apparently staying guests have priority to sit when there was a few tables available on arrival. By the time Niyas tried to assist no tables were available. Karen- few training opportunities exist with your team. Firstly Tia needs to inform guests of 'policy' to serve hotel guests before Accor members. It's actually really rude concept and not inline with a pleasant member's experience. Perhaps don't offer breakfast to others and manage expectations better. Felt like 3rd class citizens. Having travelled the world this is the poorest Accor experience we've ever had in 20 plus years. Thi and Niyas need customer training as 'managers' enough with policy more communications other than move to the side. That'a bloody rude. Perhaps solutioms focus on how to solve the problem. Niyas has my accor details if you truely want to right a wrong. Otherwise I'll be writing to head office. Look at my other reviews- we are usually happy eith the Sofitel brand. Not in this case. Avoid breakfast here. Accor members avoid unless you want to be pushed aside and told to wait in corner despite calling ahead to see if availabilitity for breakfast. I would have given 0 out of 5 if possible. Try Axil coffee for breakfast- coffee and breakfast was delicious!

My favourite hotel in Melbourne located next to chadstone shopping centre. A hotel with personality, elegance and glamour. I feel very comfortable and relaxed every time I’m visiting this hotel.the bar at roof top is great.
