Where to start , had one of the best experiences staying in this resort for 4 days from the amazing staff so helpful friendly and nothing was too much trouble to the accomodation which was fantastic with each villa having its own pool. Food was of highest quality with the best breakfast I had in Vietnam. I cannot recommend this resort enough definitely 5stars from me.

One of our life’s best stay indeed Why we give this 5 star rating because of Excellent service hat’s off to the hotel management keeping the ground staff well trained and behave and above that great coordination it’s such a huge village but top notch clean and well maintained centrally for all the communication between you and staff for any help like getting a buggy to go around the hotel, resort scheduled activities are free to attend, we enjoyed Kite flying taken us back to our childhood memories and playing a beach volleyball. Great restaurant Bang on service, we requested vegetarian food only, being vegetarian we got exactly what we had requested a day earlier was coordinated so well that food came on our table within 5 minutes. We were seriously surprised to get this kind of service in such big village. Absolutely beautiful sea facing 3 bedroom villa for 6 friends of us, we loved the beautiful architecture house designed so aesthetically Overall Dream Stay of our life

I love to stay here. Everything perferct, so many activities. Nice view, nice beach and nice villa, food is good. Front office team is so kind, nice and friendly. Everybody has a charming smile. Thank you guys so much. I will comeback next time.

Beautiful villas & setting; Service left a bit to be desired

I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights in April 2024; we booked a garden villa. Our stay was a mixed one - we had a number of hiccups when checking in including no water in our room and the zircon not working. Someone came to try to fix the aircon but could not. Reception wanted to send someone out again but after speaking to the on duty manager (Hung) we instead moved to a new (beachfront) villa and got a free round of drinks at the beach bar. For the rest of our stay we had a relaxing time, enjoying the sea and the villa's private pool. The villa was spacious and had everything we might need. The staff were helpful, though not all had great English. Unfortunately, the live chat function on the app was awful - we were never able to get a clear answer to our questions and there were sometimes delays of 2 hours which is unacceptable when the chat is used to order buggies. Reception is also not especially helpful with queries unless you are able to speak to a manager. Luckily, when we spoke to the manager, he was very helpful and able to solve our problems quickly. Overall, beautiful villas and setting but the service left a bit to be desired.

One of the best places to come and stay for a while. Second year in a row we have stayed over a month here. Best possible setup to work, relax and enjoy the island. Staff is amazing and is always there to help if anything is needed. Resort has one of the best breakfasts on the island!
