Maximum comfort with touch of magnificent piece of history in Surabaya from 1910. Lots of historical pieces are maintained well. Gorgeous Dutch vibe garden which I enjoyed very much. Majapahit Hotel is a blast from the past and definitely will come back!

A very good hotel with beautiful garden and warm personality hotel staff. We arrived early after a tiring trip to Mount Bromo and Bella at the reception counter was kind enough to allow us an early check in for a much needed rest. Pak Banu who is a hotel porter gave us good advices on where to buy souvenirs in Surabaya. Another young lady working at the reception counter was also very helpful but I didn't get her name. The hotel has a nostalgic feel and is a heritage building, yet is equipped with the modern amenities. The breakfast is very good and serves the traditional Indonesian herbal drink jamu which is very rare in a hotel. The location is right in the city centre and is in close proximity to most of the attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Hotel Majapahit when we visit Surabaya again.

This hotel has been in my bucket list for years. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, this hotel has the best service, including the room and staff. Will 100% come back here in the future when I’m back in Surabaya for its service, history, and ambience!

Actually the hotel is good response with the humble receptionist. I like totally all of here. The badroom is clean and smell good. The pool is clean and look gorgeous. When i vacation in surabaya i will book this hotel again. For sure this is the nice hotel in surabaya

What a fun, and comfy experiences. All the staff give you a next-level of service and hospitality. The ambience of the hotel is so nice, it feels like somebody giving you warm hug before they flight, I mean, it's beautiful feeling right?
